Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation source distribution image formation device reduced in size to occupy less space, capable of rapidly forming a radiation source distribution image for a specimen.
SOLUTION: X-direction migration motor 30a, 30b are driven for the migration of a radiation data detector 18 in the X-direction, a detection unit 64 comprising a collimeter and a line sensor detects radiation emitted from a specimen 28 on a stretcher 26 positioned in between guide rails 16a, 16b, and then a radiation source distribution image is formed for the specimen 28.
