Abstract:
PURPOSE: To maintain the sum of coupling attenuation and conductor attenuation at a sufficiently low fixed level even when a coaxial high-frequency cable is very long. CONSTITUTION: The radiating coaxial high-frequency cable has holes formed as slits 7 formed nearly perpendicularly to the axial line of the cable in its outer conductor 6. A plurality of sections in which a slit arranging structure is periodically repeated is provided along the cable. In the slit arranging structure, the same number of slits is provided in each period, but the periods are made different from each other, and/or the periods are made equal to each other, but the number of slits provided in each period is changed.
