Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain service quality and to extend subscribers that can be accommodated by allotting the radio channel which is common to the completion call preceding a call incoming destination for the call incoming destination for which a receiving speech is not performed.
SOLUTION: As for the transmission call of a mobile station, the identification information showing a call incoming destination is acquired. As for the transmission of a speech signal, a radio channel to be transmitted by a radio line control means is allotted. The speech path corresponding to the radio channel is formed by an exchange means 12. In the exchange means 12, a decision as to whether the call incoming destination of the transmission call performed a receiving speech or not is performed by a call classification identification means 13. In the radio line control means 11, an allotment result recording means 14 records the identification information individually showing the call incoming destination and the transmitter identification information showing a transmission origin and a radio channel by making them correspond, for a preceding transmission call. When the identification by the call classification identification means 13 is false and the identification information is true, the radio channel recorded in the allotment result means 14 is defined as the object of an allotment.
