A radio communication device transmitting burst data by adopting an orthogonal frequency division multiple access using frame structure having a first region to which allocation information on burst data to be transmitted to a partner side is allocated and a second region to which the burst data is allocated comprises: transmission means (11-1 to 11-m, 17-1 to 17-m, and 19-1 to 19-m) for transmitting the burst data; burst data region grasping means 13 for grasping, based on allocation information on the burst data in the first region, a transmission region of corresponding burst data in the second region; and control means 13 for controlling action of the transmission means based on the grasped transmission region.
