To perform hand-over while maintaining excellent communication between a radio terminal and a network when a vehicle moves between radio cells with little access points.
When a front side antenna AT1 of a radio terminal 10 moves into a radio cell CEn formed of an access points APn (a), the antenna AT1 is used to set up a layer 2 between the radio terminal 10 and the APn, the AT1 is then used to perform communication between the radio terminal 10 and the network via the APn (b). When a rear side antenna AT2 moves from the radio cell CEn into a radio cell CEn+1 that the front side access point APn+1 (c) forms, the antenna AT2 is used to set up the layer 2 between the radio terminal 10 and the APn+1 (d) and the AT2 is then used to perform communication between the radio terminal 10 and the network via APn+1 (d). Such a series of processes is repeated following the movement of the vehicle to perform hand-over between radio cells.
