A radio base station 11 connected to a wired line network 87 includes a means for recognizing a radio terminal in an area capable of communication with the self base station, a means for recognizing a radio terminal in an area capable of communication with another base station using the same frequency band through the wired line network 87, and a means for storing the information as radio terminal information 86.The radio base station detects the interference at the radio terminal by the electric wave from the different base station through the radio terminal information 86, and adjusts the electric wave output of the self base station.The radio terminal not shown in the Fig. orders to lower the electric wave output to the base station farther than the other from the self terminal, when the electric waves from two or more base stations are receivable.
