Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce concentration of a load on one cell base station and mitigate a backhaul requirement between a macro cell base station and a small cell base station in the case where a macro cell and a small cell each take a partial charge of functions.SOLUTION: A radio communication system transmits all of a user plane signal destined to a UE 3 to a small cell base station 2, transmits a VoIP signal in the user plane signal destined to the UE 3 from the small cell base station 2 to a macro cell base station 1, transmits the VoIP signal from the macro cell base station 1 to the UE 3 by radio, and transmits the user plane signal other than the VoIP signal in the user plane signal destined to the UE 3 from the small cell base station 2 to the UE 3 by radio.
