A communication control part 102 receives emergency information and an avoidance method determination part 106 causes a camera 105 to photograph surroundings by instructing a photographing part 104 so as to detect a surrounding object from an acquired image. The avoidance method determination part 106 determines whether the detected object is registered in a danger information storage part 107 and, when it is registered, acquires a danger category previously registered in association with the detected object. A warning display generation part 108 generates information for displaying warning of the danger category acquired by the avoidance method determination part 106. A warning transmission control part 109 superimposes warning display information on an image detected by the avoidance method determination part 106. A display part 111 displays the superimposed image.
