Abstract:
To simply configure a member that isolates between an antenna element and a substrate in order to improve radiation efficiency characteristics of an antenna device without hindering antenna performance.
The isolating member 14 is configured by stacking a magnetic layer 15 made of a magnetic material on a dielectric layer 16 made of a dielectric material. As shown in a cross-sectional view in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of an antenna element, the isolating member is folded, for example, so as to have a U-shaped cross-sectional shape and arranged in such a manner that the magnetic layer 15 is repeatedly sandwiched between a substrate 11 and the antenna element 13 a plurality of times.
