Title:
RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION AND IC CARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3885922
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the operable voltage range of a radio frequency identification(RFID) and to make RFID general and inexpensive without the necessity of IC internal circuit design change caused by an external factor.
SOLUTION: The RFID uses an IC in a circuit configuration, in which the IC impedance state is turned into a low impedance state as a communication means when a communication control circuit inside the IC is in a reset state.
