PURPOSE: To provide a radio network system whose throughput is improved by reporting a reception channel of a concerned equipment to other equipments in the system, registering the reported reception channel to control congestion based on the registered reception channels thereby simplifying channel designation.

CONSTITUTION: When a radio adaptor in the packet reception wait state from a terminal equipment 109 receives a packet by a LAN controller 105, a terminal equipment registration table 110 is referenced to and whether or not a reception frequency (channel) of a destination terminal equipment is registered is confirmed. When the frequency (channel) is registered, a radio section 102 starts congestion control in matching with the frequency and when an idle channel is confirmed, the transmission is started. Thus, the throughput is improved by fixing the respectively frequency (channel) to avoid hand-shake and the frequencies (channels) used for the entire system are made distributed.
