Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio telemeter system, a radio device, and a method for setting communication speed.SOLUTION: A radio telemeter system includes a plurality of radio devices, and the radio devices perform radio communication with each other, and thereby transmit and receive data including measurement values obtained from meters. Each of the radio devices includes: a receiving unit for receiving a search signal transmitted by another radio device in order to search for a radio device having data to be transmitted; a measuring unit for measuring signal strength of the search signal received by the receiving unit; and a setting unit for setting communication speed in radio communication with the other radio device according to a result of comparison of the measured signal strength with threshold strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
