A testing device 10 for receiving a radio electric wave from a mobile station 2 is installed in the station building 9 of a station where a train 1 provided with the mobile station 2 stops, a control signal notifying that the train 1 stops at the station is received, the mobile station 2 transmits test data by a radio wave upon receiving the control signal, the testing device 10 receives the transmitted radio wave and transmits a response signal to the test data by a radio wave, the mobile station 2 receives the radio wave from the testing device 10 and receives the response signal, and the response signal is used to determine test results.
