PURPOSE: To improve the operability and mobility by using frequencies parted to some degree respectively to apply modulation to a television signal and a remote control signal and transmitting the signals from a transmission circuit in radio.
CONSTITUTION: An RF modulation circuit 1 receives a video signal input and an audio signal input, which modulate respective carrier wave. A video modulation signal and an audio modulation signal outputted from the circuit 1 are inputted to a mixer 4. Then an output (modulation wave) of a modulation oscillation circuit 2 modulates a high frequency signal output of a high frequency oscillating circuit 3. The high frequency signal undergoing modulation wave is inputted to the mixer 4 via a switch SW. While a contact of the operation switch SW is closed, the mixer 4 mixes an output (RF modulation signal) of the RF modulation circuit 1 and an output (remote control signal) of the high frequency oscillation circuit 3. The signal mixed by the mixer 4 is amplified by an amplifier 5, then the result is transmitted from an antenna 6 in radio. Thus, the remote control signal is converted into a DC signal at the reception side and used as the control signal of a VTR to attain remote control thereby improving remarkably the operability and mobility.
