Abstract:
To provide excellent radio wave absorbing characteristics over a wide frequency band while excellent in environment resistance as well.
There are provided with a non-flat surface 121, a first layer of a lossy dielectrics and provided on the surface side on which the electromagnetic wave enters, a magnetic body 14 which is a second layer and provided on the bottom side of the lossy dielectrics 12, and a conductive reflection layer 16 provided on the bottom surface side of the magnetic body 14.
