Abstract:
To estimate an electromagnetic wave height pattern with hight accuracy.SOLUTION: An estimation part (622) estimates an electromagnetic wave height pattern expressing a distribution of a reception power strength in a predetermined height in this region on the basis of electromagnetic wave flat surface map data (30) expressing a distribution of a power reception strength on a ground in a predetermined region (2) and structure height map data expressing a distribution of a height of a structure (240) in this region. The estimation part determines whether or not a dominant propagation path from a transmission antenna (21) to a target position is one of a direct path where a direct wave is dominantly transmitted, a reflection path that a reflection wave is dominantly transmitted, and a diffraction path that a diffraction wave is dominantly transmitted. The estimation part estimates the power reception strength on the ground of the target position read from the electromagnetic wave flat surface map data and the power reception strength at the target position on the basis of the dominant transmission path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
