Abstract:
An electric wave shield chamber is equipped with: a chamber; a first partition wall, as the first partition wall dividing an inner space for which a test object is disposed and an outer space surrounding the inner space, capable of transmitting electric waves through a space in the chamber; a temperature control unit that controls a temperature of the inner space; and a dehumidifying part that dehumidifies the outer space. Therefore, the present invention is capable of suppressing a diffused reflection of the electric wave.
