Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a radio wave shielding sheet which has a conductive layer as its inner layer and has excellent heat-molding properties by a method wherein a coating film layer which has a number of holes with sufficiently smaller dimensions compared to the radio wavelength and is made of conductive paint is provided between a thermosetting base sheet and a transparent film which are mutually soluble and the base sheet and the transparent film are made to be homogeneous. through the holes.

CONSTITUTION: A base sheet 1 and a transparent film 3 are mutually soluble and are made to be homogeneous through a number of holes 4 provided in a coating film layer 2. The dimensions of the holes 4 are sufficiently smaller compared to the wavelength of a wave to be shielded. As the material of the base sheet, reformed polyvinylchloride, flame-retardant ABS resin or the like is employed. As the material of the transparent film 3, polyvinylchloride, methylmethacrylate resin or the like is employed. The coating film layer 2 is made of conductive paint composed of Cu powder, Ni powder, carbon or the like and acrylic resin. With this constitution, a wave shielding sheet suitable for heat-molding such as vacuum molding or pressurized air molding and it is clearly recognized at a glance that a layer for wave shielding is provided as an inner layer.
