PURPOSE: To prevent radiation exposure and observe a sampled specimen as it is regardless of the shape and size of the observing specimen.

CONSTITUTION: An observation camera 11 is contained in a pipe 12 and sealed with water. The pipe 12 is fixed to a jack 10 with a tightening ring 14. The focus of the observation camera 11 is adjusted by remote control with the jack 10. The observation position of the observation camera for the specimen 2 is controlled remotely with a horizontal stage 9. The horizontal stage 9 is put on a rail 7 of a lead brick shield wall 1. The specimen 2 is fixed with a mold 5 in a vessel 3 and the observation camera 11 is arranged above the specimen 2. The focus and observation position of the observation camera 11 contained in the pipe 12 in this manner can be controlled remotely with the jack 10 and the horizontal stage 9. The magnification of the observation camera 11 is changed by changing the lens. Since observation of break surface of the specimen in water can be done with remote control and radiation exposure is prevented by lead brick shield wall 1.
