PURPOSE: To prevent an antenna effect from getting worse even when an antenna is retracted and to prevent the output transistor of a transmitting part to be destroyed even when transmission is erroneously executed in a condition the antenna is retracted by providing a loading coil which is connected to the telescopic antenna and has large inductance when the antenna is retracted.

CONSTITUTION: A loading coil is provided to be connected to an telescopic antenna 2 and to have the large inductance when the antenna 2 is retracted and the small inductance when the antenna is expanded. Accordingly, when the antenna is retracted, the inductance of the loading coil 3 goes to be large and even when the antenna 2 is expanded or retracted, the oscillating frequency of an antenna circuit is not extremely changed. Thus, a radiocommunication equipment, can prevent the oscillating frequency of the antenna from being extremely fluctuated even when the antenna is expanded or retracted, can be obtained.
