To provide a radiograph processor capable of displaying the result in a CAD (computer aided design) by a simple display change with excellent resolution for specifying a position, while performing diagnostic routing similar to that in a conventional manner without disturbing the diagnosis of a medical doctor.

Some X-ray image processors include a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) function for automatically recognizing a lesion, or the like, and reporting it to the doctor. When the position of the lesion is displayed, a consideration has to be made to allow the display not to disturb the diagnosis. The lesion position detected based on a CAD result with respect to an input image is displayed by arrangement at the outside of the image simultaneously with the image.
