Title:
RAF MODULATOR AND METHOD FOR USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010006840
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide small-molecule compounds that specifically inhibit, regulate and/or modulate kinases, particularly Raf.
The invention relates to the compounds of formula I for modulating protein kinase enzymatic activity for modulating cellular activity such as proliferation, differentiation, programmed cell death, migration and chemoinvasion. The compounds inhibit, regulate and/or modulate kinases, particularly Raf. Methods of using the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof to treat kinase-dependent diseases and conditions are also aspects of the invention.
