Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail clamp device which can be fixed to a rail in a stable state, a rail fixing method using the rail clamp device, and a rail corrective grinding device.SOLUTION: A rail clamp device includes: a block support part 12 for supporting a pair of side part blocks in a state of having a spacing larger than the width of the head of a rail R; and a first clamp mechanism part 13. A first clamp shaft 132 and a cam 134 are rotated by moving a clamp lever 135 configuring the first clamp mechanism part 13 from a standing state to a falling state, the outer peripheral surface of the cam 134 comes into contact with a head top face of the rail R, respective engaging parts 131a, 131a of lower ends of a pair of clamp arms 131, 131 are engaged with both ends of the bottom of the rail R, and the rail clamp device is fixed at least three points of the head top face of the rail R and both the ends of the bottom of the rail R.
