Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reshave a real and at a fixed angle by fixing a base plate on the upper face of a rail through a clamp mechanism so that a guide plate may be parallel to the end face of the rail, and attaching a motor base to a bracket at the front end of a slider, and firmly providing a motor on it, and detachably attaching a rotary blade to a rotating shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A guide plate 2 is set so as to be parallel along the end of a rail 3, and a copying groove 5 on a slider 9 is moved along the plate 2. In this case, the side-facing bearing of the slider 9 is guided by a guide groove 6 provided on both the sides of the plate 2, and the downward bearing 8 of the slider 9 is rolled along the upper periphery of the rail 3. A bracket 10 is attached to the front end of the slider 9 so as to be adjustable in a longitudinal position and height, and a motor base 11 is firmly provided on the bracket 10 so as to be adjustable in an angle. A rotary blade 13 is detachably attached to the rotating shaft of the motor 12 attached to the motor base 11 and made adjustable in the longitudinal position, height and an angle to a rail joint. Thus, as the rotary blade 13 is made to follow the joint of the rail 3, a rail end is chamfered at a fixed angle, or only a rail flow is reshaved.
