Abstract:
To place a rail replacer easily on a rail.
Oscillators 20 are respectively fitted in a vertically oscillating state to a front part and a rear part of a lower body 1 provided with a land traveling body 2, and a track traveling body 23 is fitted to each oscillator 20 so as to be able to travel on the road surface and a rail 22. A carrier 30 is fitted to each asciliator 20, and a rail replacer is placed on the carrier 30 and driven into the rail 22 so as to be able to travel along the rail 22.
