To reduce the work load of operators engaged in track skeleton lifting operation including ballast tamping.SOLUTION: The inventive track skeleton lifting device includes a road-rail backhoe 1 provided with a tie tamper 12c that tamps ballast at the tip of an arm 11a, a track skeleton lifting trolley 2 which is connected to the road-rail backhoe 1 via a first connecting member 4 and travels on the rail in correspondence with the movement of the road-rail backhoe 1 and clamps the rail and lifts the track skeleton consisting of the rail and sleepers, and a laser trolley 3 that is connected to the track skeleton lifting trolley 2 via a second connecting member 5, is pulled by the track skeleton lifting trolley 2 to travel on the rail in correspondence with the movement of the road-rail backhoe 1, and is provided with a laser transmitter for level detection to transmit a laser for level detection. The track skeleton lifting trolley 2 is provided with a laser receiver that receives the laser for level detection from the laser transmitter for level detection in the laser trolley 3 and displays the level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
