To provide a warning device of a railway vehicle capable of being mounted without providing a new power source.SOLUTION: A warning device 100 of a railway vehicle includes a receiving part receiving information, a control part receiving information received by the receiving part and transmitting a control signal, a speaker unit 120 and a light emitting unit 140 serving as a notification part for notifying the periphery of the occurrence of a nuisance in response to the control signal, and a base part 103 serving as a terminal part that is wired such that power is supplied to the control part and the notification part from a power source of an in-vehicle lighting device of the vehicle also mounted with the warning device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
