Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause malfunction to be caused by overflow or the like, by making a storage section's storage function and an infiltration section's flood control function be simultaneously performed even at the time of a huge amount of local rainfall, for example.SOLUTION: A pair of shafts 3, 4 apart from each other are provided in the ground 2. Storage sections 6, 7 capable of storing rainwater and an infiltration section 8 capable of infiltrating rainwater into the ground 2 are connected in parallel between the pair of shafts 3, 4. A circulation passage 71 for circulating and using the rainwater stored in the storage sections 6, 7 is connected between the pair of shafts 3, 4. A filter 74 for removing a foreign material and a pump 75 for transmitting and supplying water are also provided in the middle of the circulation passage 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
