Abstract:
PURPOSE: To apply the estimated control to a system that is hard to be modeled by calculating the amount of rainwater stored in a pipe after an estimated amount is discharged from the estimated inflow of rainwater and the amount of rainwater measured in a pump field and the pipe and then evaluating synthetically the calculated amount of rainwater.
CONSTITUTION: In a rainwater discharge system of a rainwater discharging pump field, etc., an estimated discharge amount calculating part 41 of a rainwater discharge arithmetic part calculates an amount of rainwater that can be discharged from the combination of pump operations. Then an intra-pipe storage model 42 calculates the amount of rainwater stored in a pipe after prescribed (t) minutes in regard of the total calculated discharge amount of rainwater based on the estimated inflow of rainwater stored in (t) minutes and calculated by an inflow rainwater estimating part and the water levels measured at the prescribed point in the pump filed an the pipe. These estimated discharge amount and the amount stored in (t) minutes undergo the fuzzy nemrical processing and are converted into the evaluation values by a discharge amount evaluating part 45 and a storage amount evaluating part 43. Then these evaluation values are synthetically evaluated by a synthetical evaluation part 46. Thus an optimum estimated discharge amount is outputted as a set amount to be discharged in (t) minutes.
