To provide a rainwater take-in/storage device where some of rainwater fallen on a roof flowing down a down-pipe and discarded into a ditch is taken out and stored in a container so as to be used for fire prevention and watering flowers and trees.

A water take-in groove (4) is attached to a body (2) having a hole in the center by a fulcrum band (7), and the body is attached to a cutout of the down-pipe. The rainwater is stored in the container, and used for the fire prevention and watering the flowers and trees.
