Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable having both of high stiffness required for a main body part and high sliding characteristic required for a sliding part while securing accuracy of size of a sliding partpitch by constituting a main body part with a resin material having high mechanical strength and constituting a sliding part with a resin material having high sliding characteristic, and forming inte grally a main body part and a sliding part with two color molding.
SOLUTION: A ramp member 1 is molded integrally by two color molding with a main body part 11 for attaching it to a case of a storage device such as a hard disk or the like formed at a primary side with materials by which accuracy of size can be easily secured, and a sliding part 12 to which an engaging part of a head contacts is molded at a secondary side with materials having high sliding characteristic. The main body part 11 consists of a attaching part 11a in which a flange hole 13a for performing screwing to a hard disk case and a hole or pin 13b for positioning are formed, and a holding part 11b holding the sliding part 12. Also, a construction part 14 for mooring a head at the time of standby of a head is formed in the sliding part 12.
