Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a random sheet having higher bending elastic modulus.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a random sheet includes the steps of planarly spreading thin pieces of a fiber-reinforced resin, heating and pressing the spread thin pieces, and integrating the thin pieces. The thin piece includes a plurality of aligned fiber layers in which a plurality of aligned fiber layers by obtained by impregnating a plurality of reinforcement fibers oriented in one direction and aligned with a matrix resin are layered, and the plurality of aligned fiber layers include a plurality of aligned fiber layers having a difference between angles in a direction at which the reinforcement fibers are oriented of 70° or more and 90° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
