Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range hood which eliminates a trouble caused when the set air flow of blowing means is not changed.SOLUTION: A range hood 1 is equipped with a casing 10 which has a ventilation path 4; blowing means 40 provided in the ventilation path 4; and a control portion which controls the blowing means 40. The casing 10 is equipped with a hood portion which has a suction port 41 becoming an upstream end of the ventilation path 4, and collects gas rising from a lower side to suck the air from the suction port 41. A set air flow can be continuously or gradually set between 0 which is a lower limit and an upper limit properly set. The control portion controls the blowing means 40 so as to make the air flow of gas blown by the blowing means 40 become the set air flow. A gas senor 5 is provided, which detects the concentration of gas of a specified kind in the gas blown in the ventilation path 4. The control portion updates the set air flow on the basis of the gas concentration and the set air flow obtained by the gas sensor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
