Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a rapamycin formulation for an oral administration, capable of being taken easily.
CONSTITUTION: This rapamycin formulation for an oral administration contains approximately 0.01-5.0 g rapamycin, approximately 0.05-10 vol.% surfactant, and approximately 75-99.95 vol.% phospholipid or lecithin solution in which the phospholipid or lecithin therein is 40 to 75 wt.%, per 100 ml formulation.
