Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fully add the amount of energy to a battery and to discharge the sufficient amount of energy requested for use by combining a charging device with a control device and an exchange type power supply device. CONSTITUTION: An AC power is inputted to a conductor 56 and then the AC current is changed into a DC voltage and is supplied to a wave width modulation circuit 584. Then, an outputted DC-voltage value is adjusted by variable resistance. When a load connected to a DC-power supply output conductor 52 changes, the load change is measured and connection is made to the wave width modulation circuit 584 via a separation type rotation reception transistor 590, thus adjusting a wave width for stably retaining an output voltage. When the input voltage of the AC power supply changes, a pulse width is controlled by rotating and receiving up to the wave width modulation circuit 584 by the rotation and reception coil of an output transformer 586 for preventing changes which accompany an output voltage.
