Abstract:
To solve the problem of deteriorating a yield because shucked shellfish has to be divided from a lump of shucked shellfish one by one by using a knife or the like, taking much time and effort and the shucked shellfish is damaged by the knife when commercialized in that the shucked shellfish is easily frozen to some or more lumps when a conventional device tries to freeze the shucked shellfish which is continuously carried in.SOLUTION: A rapid individual refrigerator for shucked shellfish includes a drainer, a surface freezer and a real freezer, the drainer removes moisture content, a body fluid and slimy remaining in the shuck shellfish, the surface freezer freezes the surfaces of the shucked shellfish to prevent it from becoming a lump, and prevents the shucked shellfish from becoming a lump in the vicinity of a ventilation performance side guide by action of the ventilation performance side guide and an air stopping guide to carry the shucked shellfish to the real freezer, and the real freezer rapidly and separately freezes the shucked shellfish to pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
