PURPOSE: To provide the subject product not injuring the viscus of a man with aricine when eaten, not generating an odor, capable of being easily eaten and capable of preserving its original medicinal effects for a long period by diffusing and mixing the ground particle pieces of raw garlics in and with a coagulating dissolved solution, coagulating the mixed solution in a jelly state and molding the coagulated product.

CONSTITUTION: Raw garlics are ground, and the ground particle pieces of the raw garlics are diffused in and mixed with a coagulating dissolved solution, coagulated into a jelly state and molded to provide the objective product. The product is obtained e.g. by diffusing and mixing the particle pieces of the raw garlics ground with a grinder in an with a gelatin-dissolved solution produced by thermally dissolving the gelatin in water in a volume ratio of ≤50% based on the dissolved solution, coagulating the mixture as the jelly-like solidified product of the gelatin, and subsequently drying the coagulated product.
