In the raw material blending method, one or more kinds of raw materials are selected in units of the packed mass from the plurality of kinds of raw materials containing a plurality of components at ratios different from each other, each packed in prescribed mass, so that the raw materials are blended such that a raw material after the blending has desired mass and a component ratio of a desired range. The raw material blending method includes: a condition setting step S1 of setting a condition related to the request mass and the request range of the component ratio requested in the raw material after the blending; and a table creation step S2 of creating a combination table representing a combination of mass and a kind usable in the blending in units of the packed mass based on the condition set in the condition setting step.
