Abstract:

To provide a raw material charging device capable of suppressing the power consumption of a compressor for raising the pressure of leaked gas.

In the raw material charging device for continuously charging a raw material p stored in a storage tank 2 under the normal pressure into a pressure-proof vessel 3 by a rotary valve 11 having a pressure equalizing pipe 19, a plurality of rotary feeders 11 are connected to each other in series via intermediate buffers 12, the gas g returned into the intermediate buffers 12 via the rotary feeder 11 in the lowest stage is raised in pressure by a compressor 21 and returned into the pressure-proof vessel 3, and the gas g returned into the storage tank 2 via the rotary feeder 11 in the highest stage is raised in pressure by other compressor 22 and returned into the pressure-proof vessel 3.
