Abstract:
To provide a raw fabric management system that manages raw fabric by the number of pieces and lengths thereof.SOLUTION: The raw fabric management system that manages raw fabric formed by a sheet-like article wound onto a core material includes: an IC tag that is attached to the raw fabric; a hand-reader that reads the data from the IC tag and transmits it to a personal computer; a personal computer; and a spreading machine that performs a spreading process on the raw fabric. The spreading machine has an IC antenna and spreading distance measurement means provided thereon, and when the raw fabric comes in, the IC tag is attached thereto. When the IC tag on the raw fabric is read and the transmitted to the personal computer by the hand reader, the personal computer stores the number of pieces and lengths of the raw fabric in stock. The length of the spreading-processed raw fabric measured by the spreading distance measurement means of the spreading machine is transmitted to the personal computer, and the personal computer calculates and manages the pieces and lengths of the raw fabric in stock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
