To provide a method for supplying a feedstock to a methane fermentation tank that can suppress occurrence of variation in solid concentration of an organic waste (a methane fermentation feedstock) that is supplied to the methane fermentation tank.SOLUTION: In a method for supplying a feedstock to a methane fermentation tank, a plurality of feedstock adjustment tanks 1 and 2 are used, and when a feedstock supply process is executed in the feedstock adjustment tank 1, the feedstock supply process is not executed but a feedstock adjustment process is executed in the feedstock adjustment tank 2, and when the feedstock supply process is executed in the feedstock adjustment tank 2, the feedstock supply process is not executed but the feedstock adjustment process is executed in the feedstock adjustment tank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
