PURPOSE: To obtain a pack of raw oyster 8 having a hole previously bored through a shell in which a consumer can appreciate a fresh raw oyster with shells by inserting a cutting tool into the hole of the shell, cutting an adductor muscle to readily peel the shell.

CONSTITUTION: A raw oyster with shells having a previously bored hole for cutting an adductor muscle together with sea water is put in a container such as box-shaped or bagged container with a cover or a sheet, sealed and packed to give a raw oyster with shells, being readily shelled.
