To divide hair to be cut, to perform partial cutting, to adjust a combing amount and to perform the cutting of a soft feeling by providing a groove for dividing the hair to be cut and adjusting the combing amount on the tip of a comb-tooth-shaped projection piece at a tip edge in a holder part for holding a razor.

A main body 1 is constituted of a grip 2 and the holder part 4 of the razor 3 and the razor 3 is held by the holder part 4 of the main body 1. Then, recessed and projected parts are formed from both parts of the held razor 3, the projection pieces 5 are formed in a comb tooth shape and projected on the tip edge side of the holder part 4 and further, grooves (a) are respectively formed at the tips of the projected projection pieces 5. By storing the hair by the grooves (a), the partial cutting is performed, the hair of a cutting surface is made sparse and the soft feeling is generated. Also, by changing the width of the projection pieces 5 of the holder part 4, the various combing amount of a hair bundle is adjusted.
