Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-mixing device, a slicing device, and a storage medium for generating new musical sound pattern data from pre-generated musical sound pattern data.
SOLUTION: When a loop re-mixing mode is selected and any pad of eight pieces of pads is operated, a phrase corresponding to the pad is selected (step S21), and a TYPE value showing order of reading each musical sound element data and a VARI value showing a mode for reading each musical sound element data are set according to manipulated variables v1, v2 of two knobs (step S22), and reproduction of each musical sound element data is controlled according to both values (steps S23-S31). When the position of at least one of the above two knobs changes before this reproduction gets to the phrase end, the change in position is not reflected before the reproduction gets to the phrase end, but is reflected when the reproduction moves to loop reproduction (steps S30→S320→S22).
