Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the deterioration of a catalyst hard to generate and improve the life of the catalyst and the efficiency of the whole of a reaction column by setting a mixing means demonstrating the unique mixing action below a cooling fluid feed section of a cooling layer below a catalyst layer.
SOLUTION: A swirl flow is formed on a collector tray 12 by forming a constitution of a mixing tray 11 including the collector tray 12, a swirl baffle 13 and an upper mixing cap 15', and outflow openings 15a and 15b of the upper mixing cap 15' are formed face to face on two sites, and liquids from both directions are in collision with each other to acclerate the mixing. Also, a lower mixing cap 16 is added to the constitution to disperse and feed effectively the liquid and steam discharged and exhausted out of a through-hole 14 to the side of a dispersing tray as a result of flowing from a clearance formed between a first cylindrical component 16A and a second cylindrical component 16B to the dispersing tray after dropping to the inner face of a bottom wall of the second cylindrical component 16B of the lower mixing cap 16.
