PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of coking by detecting the temp. at each point of a vessel for a treating material via partition plates and controlling the temps. to a temp. region for preventing the generation of the coking according to the detected temps.
CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to a reaction device to make addition polymn., etc., of a polymerizable org. material, in which the plural partition plates 21W28 are projected and provided to the vessel 10 by spacing the same from each other at prescribed distances between agitating plates 19W20. The 2ndW5th temp. detecting parts 30W33 are packaged to the partition plates 21, 24, 25, 28 at the points corresponding to the 1st temp. detecting part 29 at one end of the vessel 10. The respective output terminals of the 1stW5th temp. detecting parts 29W33 are connected to the 1stW5th temp. control parts 34W38. The temps. at the respective parts of the vessel for the treating material are detected via the partition plates in the above-mentioned manner and the temps. of the treating material at the outlet of the vessel and near the same are controlled to the temp. region for preventing the generation of the coking according to the detected temps.
