Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact reaction force actuator and a steering gear.SOLUTION: A reaction force actuator 100 is used in a steer-by-wire system steering gear 200 and includes: an operation side shaft 111 which integrally rotates with a steering wheel 211 operated by a driver; a motor 120 having a cylindrical motor output shaft 121 coaxially arranged with an outer periphery of the operation side shaft 111; and a friction drive type speed reducer 1 which changes a speed of rotary motion of the motor output shaft 121 and transmits the rotary motion to the operation side shaft 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
