Abstract:
To provide a method whereby, in a system using a carbonized thin plate on a surface substantially perpendicular to a tracheid or vessel direction for cell culture and other reaction fields, it is possible to observe or assess a culture or a reaction product directly not through the carbonized thin plate.SOLUTION: A liquid supply part is disposed in contact with the bottom of a carbonized thin plate, the top of the carbonized thin plate is provided with regions or wells grouped with a mask member, and these regions or wells are supplied with a substance for culture or reaction. A liquid in the liquid supply part instantly reaches the top of the carbonized thin plate by capillary phenomenon causing the reaction or culture to occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
