PURPOSE: To obtain a reaction product imparting a radiation-sensitive mixture cured by the irradiation with actinic rays by reacting a di- or polyisocyanate with a specific amino compd. and reacting the reaction product with an acid anhydride and mixing the obtained product with a monomer containing ureido and carboxyl groups.
CONSTITUTION: A di- or polyisocyanate (A) is reacted with an amino compd. (B) represented by formula I [wherein R is a (substituted) alkane, allene, polyether, polyamine or polyester, R' is H, an alkyl or aryl and X is O or S] and/or an amino compd. represented by formula II [wherein R1 and R2 are each a (substituted) alkane, allene, polyether, polyamide or polyamide and R3 is H, an alkyl or aryl] to form an isocyanate substituted urea compd. which is, in turn, reacted with an org. compd. having a hydroxyl group or an amino group wherein N has one or more hydrogen (C) and the obtained product is reacted with a basic carboxylic acid anhydride (D) to obtain a ureido- and carboxyl-containing reaction product.
