Title:
REACTIVE AZO DYE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3137725
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain azo dyes having high stability to alkali metals and oxidative detergents and exhibiting enough reactivity in a coloring bath by coupling a ditriazine compd. prepd. by using a specified amine as a starting raw material with a diazonium salt of a specified amine.
CONSTITUTION: The reactive dyes of formula I (wherein m is 0 or 1; A1 is a fiber-reactive radical; A2 is H or a fiber-reactive dye; D1 and D2 are each a phenylenemethyl radical, a naphthylene radical or a naphthylenemethyl radical; K1 and K2 are each a coupling component of the aminonaphthalenesulfonic acid series; and L is a bridge member) are provided. The above described reactive dyes are obtd. by a method wherein e.g. an amine of formula II is diazotized and it is coupled with a naphthalene triazine deriv. of formula III to prepare an intermediate product of formula IV and furthermore, through coupling treatment thereof with a diazonium salt of the amine, an aimed dye of the formula V is obtd.
